Delivery (Digital Fulfilment) Policy

Platform: Stamp Mitra | Operator: Bani Global Industries LLP (India) | Effective Date: 22/04/2026

1. Scope and Nature of Delivery

1.1 This Delivery Policy governs the manner in which documents and services are fulfilled and delivered through the Stamp Mitra platform (“Platform”).

1.2 The Platform operates as a digital facilitation service, and all deliveries are executed electronically.

1.3 No physical delivery of documents is undertaken unless explicitly stated.

2. Mode of Delivery

2.1 Documents shall be delivered through one or more of the following electronic channels:

  • Download links provided on the Platform
  • Email communication to the registered email address
  • Access via user dashboard or account interface
  • Secure digital transfer mechanisms

2.2 The mode of delivery shall be determined by the Company based on operational requirements and system configuration.

3. Processing and Delivery Timelines

3.1 Delivery timelines are indicative only and are subject to order complexity, state-specific requirements, availability of authorized vendors, government system processing, and payment confirmation.

3.2 The Company does not guarantee fixed delivery timelines.

3.3 Delays may occur due to factors beyond the Company’s control, including third-party dependencies.

4. Completion of Delivery

4.1 Delivery shall be deemed completed when:

  • The document is made available for download; or
  • The delivery link is successfully generated and dispatched; or
  • The document is accessible in the user dashboard

4.2 The Company shall not be responsible for failure of delivery caused by incorrect email addresses, spam filters, or user’s failure to access the Platform.

5. User Responsibilities

The User shall:

  • Provide accurate contact details, including email address
  • Regularly check registered email and spam folders
  • Download and securely store delivered documents
  • Verify the document upon receipt

Failure to comply may result in inability to access or retrieve documents.

6. Non-Delivery and Support

6.1 In case of non-receipt, Users must notify the Company within a reasonable time at: [email protected]

6.2 The Company shall use reasonable efforts to re-send the document or provide access via alternative methods.

6.3 Claims for non-delivery shall not be entertained if delivery has been completed as per Clause 4 or delay is attributable to user-side issues.

7. Third-Party Dependencies

7.1 Delivery is dependent on authorized vendors, government systems, payment gateways, and digital infrastructure providers.

7.2 The Company shall not be liable for delays, failures, or disruptions caused by such third parties.

8. Re-Delivery and Access

8.1 The Company may, at its discretion, provide re-access or re-delivery of documents.

8.2 The Company shall not be obligated to store documents indefinitely. Users are advised to download and retain documents immediately upon delivery.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 The Company shall not be liable for delays in delivery due to external dependencies, loss of documents after delivery, or user’s inability to access delivered documents.

9.2 The Company’s total liability, if any, shall be limited to the service fee paid.

10. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for delays or failure in delivery caused by natural disasters, government restrictions, system outages, cyber incidents, or infrastructure failures.

11. Disclaimer

Stamp Mitra is a facilitation platform operated by Bani Global Industries LLP and does not directly issue stamp papers.

Delivery is subject to completion of processing by authorized entities.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Policy shall be governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction: Courts at Delhi.

By using the Platform, the User acknowledges and agrees to this Delivery Policy.
