Reduced rates after that
When your credits run out, you keep NGO rates on verification and on the e-Stamp API fee, for as long as you remain eligible.

So that support reaches the right people
- Support is for your own organisation's work and cannot be transferred.
- It cannot be used to serve other organisations.
- We check again once a year, and support continues if you still qualify.

How we decide your credits
Credits of up to ₹50,000 depend on our evaluation of your purpose, planned work, cause and expected volume. They apply to every verification API and are added to your wallet once you are approved.

We review
We check your documents, read your application and decide your free credits.
Support begins
Your account moves to the NGO plan and any approved credits are added to your wallet.
Renew each year
We check again after 12 months. If you no longer qualify, you move to standard pay-as-you-go.

About e-Stamp. The state-wise procurement fee and the statutory stamp duty are not discounted. Duty is set by the state and passed through at cost.
About billing. Billing is prepaid. Successful calls are charged, including valid negative results such as an invalid PAN. Failures on our side are credited back automatically.
