What it is: A developer platform of REST APIs for Indian identity and document verification and for e-Stamp Paper issuance, so teams can add KYC and e-stamping to their own products.
Operator: StampMitra is a brand of Bani Global Industries LLP (LLPIN ACI-6373).
Head office: 203, A/3, Kundan Mansion, Asaf Ali Road, Central Delhi, New Delhi 110002, India.
What it is not: StampMitra is a private LegalTech platform. It is not a government agency or a law firm, and it does not guarantee approval by any authority.
API base URL: https://api-b2b.stampmitra.in
Authentication: An API key sent as Authorization: Bearer sk_test_... or x-api-key. Sandbox keys start with sk_test_, production keys with sk_live_. See Authentication.
Sandbox: Self-serve signup gives a free sandbox key with no credit card. Sandbox calls run against sandbox data and never debit your wallet. Going over the sandbox quota returns a 429.
Production: Production keys need an approved production access request from the dashboard. Each successful call is deducted from your API credit wallet.
SDKs: Official Node.js/TypeScript, Python, PHP, Java, Go, .NET and Ruby SDKs, currently Pre-release 0.1.0 with package registry publishing in progress. See SDKs.
